Refund Policy for PhotosHouse

At PhotosHouse, we value your trust and aim to provide exceptional photography and videography services. Our Refund Policy ensures transparency and protects both parties involved.

1. Advance Payment Policy

  • A non-refundable advance payment (usually 30–50%) is required to confirm any booking.

  • This advance guarantees your date and allows us to block other inquiries for that time slot.

2. Cancellation by Client

  • 25+ days before the event: Advance is retained, but any additional payments made will be refunded.

  • Less than 25 days: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.

  • Same-day or No-show: No refund will be issued.

3. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is allowed once, subject to availability and written confirmation.

  • Rescheduling must be requested at least 25 days prior to the event.

4. Cancellation by PhotosHouse

  • If we are unable to fulfill your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund, including any advance paid.

5. Digital Products and Edited Files

  • Once photos/videos are delivered digitally, no refunds will be issued unless the delivered product fails to meet agreed specifications.

6. Refund Time Frame

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15–25 business days to your original method of payment.
